Stress Treatment
Initial session (90 min): 2,025 DKK. Subsequent sessions (60 min): 1,350 DKK.
A typical course of treatment consists of 5–12 sessions, tailored to your needs and goals.
Between sessions: 20-minute phone consultation as needed: 450 kr.
Employer-Paid Benefits
Stress Treatment/Prevention Initial session (90 min): 2,750 DKK. Subsequent sessions (60 min): 1,950 DKK. Includes 20 min of coaching between sessions.
Career Development Session (90 min): 2,850 DKK. Includes the option for coaching between sessions.

Cancellation Policy
If you can't make it, please let us know via WhatsApp at 27640477 or by email mame@selfgrowthcompany.com at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations made later than that or failure to show up without notice will result in the full fee being charged.
If your insurance covers the treatment, it does not cover cancellations or no-shows—and they cannot cancel the appointment for you. So be sure to let them know yourself.
Career Development and Coaching
Session (90 min): 2,450 DKK, including tax. A typical course of treatment consists of 7–10 sessions, spaced approximately 4–5 weeks apart.
Between sessions: 20-minute phone consultation as needed: 450 kr.
Therapy
Session: 1,350 kroner (tax-free)
FAQs
Does my health insurance cover this?
Yes, if your insurance plan allows you to choose your own psychologist. All you need to do is obtain a letter of authorization from your insurance company. You pay for the sessions with me yourself, and then you submit my invoices to your insurance company to be reimbursed for the cost.
What are your cancellation policies?
Cancellations must be made no later than 10:00 a.m. the day before your session by email at mame@selfgrowthcompany.com or by text message to +45 27 64 04 77. If you cancel too late or fail to show up, you will be charged the full price of the session.
